ORDER DELIVERY

If BOGAS is unable to deliver the goods ordered and paid for in advance to the buyer, due to objective reasons beyond the company's control, the buyer will be refunded the full amount paid. In such a case, the full amount paid refers to the actual expenses incurred by the customer.

Delivery time

The standard delivery period is 1-5 days. The buyer must accept a possible extension of the delivery period due to delays caused by the manufacturer or unforeseen events that are beyond BOGAS's control, in accordance with Ordinance no. 21/1992 on Consumer Protection, with subsequent amendments.

Gift coupons ordered are an exception to the standard delivery period, as they will be delivered instantly via email after the order confirmation process is completed.
Delivered goods will be accompanied by an invoice, which serves as a financial document as well as a warranty document, unless otherwise specified. The use of a gift coupon by the customer for purchasing goods will be appropriately reflected in the invoice.

The buyer is asked for the delivery address when completing the order.

If the desired goods are not available or if there are issues with delivery during this time, BOGAS representatives will promptly inform customers using the existing contact details.
If the goods are not received by the customer within the delivery time, and BOGAS has not contacted them, the customer can call +4 031 425 98 97 or contact BOGAS by email at contact@bogas.ro.

Shipping, packaging, and payment terms

Purchased goods are sent properly packaged, and payment is made according to the method chosen by the buyer. For each order, the shipping fee is indicated separately. It should be noted that the shipping fee is borne by the buyer.

BOGAS retains ownership of the goods until the full price of the goods is paid.
Any other transport-related costs that arise between the carrier and the customer after the goods have been delivered by BOGAS will be paid by the buyer.

If the customer chooses online payment, the transaction will be processed through Shopify Payments. BOGAS does not request or store any information regarding the buyer's bank card or cards. This information is strictly confidential and is processed directly on the servers of the online payment service provider.

Also, in the case of online payments, BOGAS is not/ cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the client, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card issuer bank, if the issuing currency is other than RON. The responsibility for this falls on the client.

Delivery methods

Delivery is made through GLS courier, DPD, Fedex, and Curier Bucuresti.

Delivery fee
We deliver to multiple countries and the shipping fee varies depending on the destination country  (see costs below).

* Orders must be equal to or exceed the displayed amount after applying all discounts and coupons to qualify for free delivery.

** We deliver orders with the Cash on Delivery payment method only in the following countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary

Free delivery for certain products
Don't miss the regular promotions for free delivery! Look for products with the "Free Delivery" label in the product list and you won't have to pay the delivery fee. We regularly prepare various promotions with free delivery on certain product categories - you just need to reach a set limit and you won't have to worry about shipping costs.

Free delivery on purchases over a certain amount
Romania: For orders over 1000 Lei, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Bulgaria: For orders over 200 Euro, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

EU (Eurozone countries): For orders over 200 Euro, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Czech Republic: For orders over 4887 CZK, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Denmark: For orders over 1495 DKK, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Poland: For orders over 853 PLN, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Hungary: For orders over 77718 HUF, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.
